Catskiing — Terms & Conditions
Deposit & Final Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Reservations made within 60 days of the scheduled check-in date require full payment (100%) at the time of booking.
Reservations not paid in full by the due date may be released without further notice.
Weather & Operational Interruptions
Safety is our highest priority. Catskiing operations are subject to weather, snow conditions, avalanche hazard, road access, snowcat mechanical issues, and other operational considerations.
If a scheduled catskiing day cannot be operated due to weather, snowcat mechanical issues, or other operational restrictions beyond the guest’s control, guests may choose one of the following:
Reschedule the canceled catskiing day, subject to availability during the current or a future season.
Receive a transferable voucher for one equivalent catskiing day, valid for a future season.
Receive a refund of USD 360 per person for each canceled catskiing day.
All operational decisions regarding weather, snow conditions, terrain, and the safe operation of the snowcat are made solely by Arpa Catskiing’s Lead Guide and Operations Manager and are final.
Accommodation & Third-Party Services
For packages that include lodging, hotel reservations, ground transportation, meals, or other third-party services, refunds for these components are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective service providers.
Accordingly, if a catskiing day is canceled due to operational factors beyond the guest’s control, Arpa Catskiing will refund or credit only the catskiing portion of the package. Accommodation and other third-party services are subject to the cancellation policy of the provider and are non-refundable except where permitted under those policies.
This policy does not affect any refund, credit, or rescheduling options applicable to the catskiing services described above.

Trip Insurance
We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance. Trip cancellation insurance (you should also check on interruption, medical, and evacuation policies) can be purchased through your preferred insurance provider. Be sure the policy is for heli skiing and inquire about all possible scenarios: injury, flight delays, evacuation, weather delays, no fly days, or cancelling for personal reasons.
